You are very welcome, Anita! Husband and I are grateful to have found each other as we must have been destined to travel until we found each other. And at this age we do not need Valentines or roses. Thanks for stopping by and taking time to comment! Cheers!

Oh, I believe that even you and I were destined to be connected via a blog friendship. Husband and I enjoyed a beautiful South Texas day as we drove to San Antonio for a doctor check-up for me on Valentine’s Day. All is well! We celebrated today with wine and sunshine.

it’s a great quote. I often tell my sweetie we met exactly when we were meant to!

Yes, I believe Husband and I were meant to meet when we did as we were both supposed to be somewhere else and with someone else the night we met. But when we met it was love and attraction immediately as if we were lovers who had been separated and found each other. (OK, I am a romantic!)

So late in getting through all the reading, loved this proverb and love the picture. Did you notice the vase appears to be chocolate?

No, I had not noticed that the vase might be chocolate, but I think you are right. You must have been named for this special holiday!
I guess that red thread means we are destined to have met some that are not quite right for us also. But we do learn.
