I passed this Jeep on one of my walks this week. It was parked outside of a home that never has Christmas decorations in the yard. I wondered what the message was supposed to be. It was a beautiful red!

My guess is “all you need is Jesus and a Jeep.” While I really miss my Jeep, pretty sure it would hurt to shift those gears now, given that steps are a bear!

That sounds like a good slogan for Jeep! I don’t really miss shifting gears either. Cheers!

You are right and that holds for holiday decorations too! All well here as I keep walking because it is good for me.

I think it is a wonderful photo for the season, Jo

It did make for an easy Friday Foto and is timely for the season. Rather classy too in its own simplicity. It was still parked there this morning when I walked. Thanks for stopping by!

I’m not sure what it means, but I’ll bet you that a Jesus Jeep always signals its turns, doesn’t cut into traffic, and obeys the speed limits!

I agree! The driver has a lot to live up to if he/she is going to drive a Jesus Jeep. I could imagine Jesus picking up Santa and them joining the local Christmas parade; the windows would be rolled down and they would be waving at the crowds. I wonder how the Devil would look driving it? OK, enough! I am leaning toward blasphemy! Tis the season.

Yes, it is a beautiful red and looked as if it had just been washed and detailed. I could not get a better photo as I was facing the sun. Thanks for the visit and comment!

It is certainly different. I have seen it at the house before but it was always parked way up in the driveway and I couldn’t see what was written on the hood. I couldn’t resist getting a quick photo even though I had to face the sun and guess at what I was taking with my cell phone. Thanks for sharing your thought!

Hey, my cat’s name is Jeep. She’s named after “Eugene the Magical Jeep” from
Popeye” cartoons.
FYI Jeep, the vehicle is also name from “Eugene the Magical Jeep”.
Have a fab week ahead!

Yes, it made for a timely Friday Foto. Cute name for your cat and different. I don’t remember Eugene from Popeye cartoon and didn’t know Jeep, the vehicle, was names for Eugene! I have a tendency to name our cars and once named a red on Mighty Mouse. I never know what I will see on my walks. Great to have you contribute to the conversation!

They must think they are on the right track religiously. Most likely, it is a far-right religious track, and their tires throw off a lot of muck at those they pass by, as the wheels holy-roll-along. 😀

You could be right! Personally, I thought it was rather self-righteous to put that on a vehicle. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Always a pleasure to have you.

It is unfortunate that there are certain Christian denominations in particular that seem to be so in-your-face self-righteous about their beliefs & faith – as if to say, ‘Christian humility & empathy be damned, I’m right’. The rich and powerful take advantage of those with that attitude, to maintain their position.
** It is great photo-composition – it conveys the message very well. 🙂

WEIRD. I think you should come up to the Jeep window, knock, and ask. 🙂

Yes, a bit weird. If there had been anyone inside, I would have. I walk by the house about twice a week so if I ever see someone in it or around it, I will ask what it means. The house is normal otherwise!

I’m thinking the owner is full of faith and wants that to be known ❤️ A lovely shade of red!
